Vinyl has a small scratch on side one - record has been test played and didn't cause any notable audio issues on a play-through. Jacket is still in original shrink, opened along the side, with hype sticker. Jacket has some moderate wear from normal storage and use. Original insert is NOT included. Record has been placed into an archival anti-static inner sleeve.
